About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Role Purpose and Scope

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for ensuring that guest interactions extend beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. The objective is to integrate all transactions into a cohesive overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational needs effectively.

Qualifications and Workplace Standards

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience; no supervisory experience is necessary.
• Certifications: No specific license or certification is required.
• Workplace Conduct: Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Professionalism: Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
