The Credit Manager Role

Rixos Hotels is seeking a dedicated Credit Manager to join its team in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, responsible for upholding operational standards and contributing to the hotel's commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure personal punctuality and maintain the same standard for all employees.
• Adhere to high grooming standards and enforce them among team members.
• Comply with all hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook, including company disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Promote a helpful and professional image to customers, offering full cooperation with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude.
• Anticipate customer needs to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
• Provide full cooperation to colleagues requiring assistance in a prompt, caring, and helpful manner.
• Demonstrate flexibility in assisting other areas of the hotel as required by business and customer needs.
• Maintain familiarity with all relevant company documentation, particularly the Operational Standards Manual for the area of responsibility.
• Execute other duties as assigned or requested by management.
• Assist in Task Force Teams for new hotel openings.
