This full-time role for a Team Manager is based in Makkah, Rabigh, or King Abdullah Economic City.

Role Purpose

The Team Manager will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the manufacture and packaging of infant formula products. This role focuses on maintaining internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the departmental management team to achieve business goals and develop and implement strategies.
• Plan and execute plant run times to meet the master production schedule.
• Direct labor resources to ensure required manning levels in production areas.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained within the department, including the completion of necessary documentation.
• Assist with the management of departmental health and safety compliance and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address and rectify production issues.
• Manage training needs and staff performance within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
