About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in digital transformation.

Role Purpose

The Digital Transformation Specialist will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's digital transformation initiatives. This involves driving strategic roadmaps, ensuring robust governance, and fostering continuous improvement in digital services and user experience across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the digital transformation strategy, roadmap, and associated initiatives.
• Implement digital transformation governance and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Measure digital maturity levels, analyze gaps, and prepare comprehensive improvement plans.
• Develop and enhance digital services and user experience, while measuring key performance indicators.
• Manage digital transformation initiatives, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the realization of targeted value.
• Support change management, foster innovation, and facilitate the adoption of new digital technologies and solutions.
• Prepare executive reports, provide necessary evidence, and documentation for evaluation and compliance purposes.
• Document best practices and lessons learned to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in digital transformation or related areas.
• Strong experience in digital transformation governance, maturity assessment, and compliance.
• Proven experience in digital services, user experience, initiative management, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government entities or large organizations.
• A certified professional qualification in digital transformation.
