About Alwedad Charity and the Role

Alwedad Charity, an organization dedicated to orphan care, is seeking a Partnerships and Services Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for developing and managing strategic relationships that support the organization's mission. The manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of external relations and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive relations and partnerships plan in alignment with Alwedad Charity's strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with governmental, private, and non-profit entities.
• Identify new partnership opportunities, supervise negotiation processes, and prepare formal agreements.
• Represent Alwedad Charity in relevant meetings and events.
• Monitor the implementation of partnerships, measure their outcomes, and prepare detailed reports.
• Supervise the relations and partnerships team, fostering their professional development and performance.
• Manage and regularly update the partners database.
• Enhance the institutional image and build relationships that contribute to achieving the organization's goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional relations, partnerships, or business development.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience in building partnerships and managing negotiations.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in institutional relations.

Preferred Attributes

• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
