We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to develop and implement yearly sales plans in line with company budgets and expand our client base.

Job Purpose:
- Develop and implement a yearly sales plan that aligns with the company's budget.
- Expand the client base and key accounts, implementing market penetration strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Set sales targets and action plans, ensuring awareness of market developments.
• Manage assigned market areas and key accounts to meet budget objectives.
• Prepare and conduct sales budget reviews, and provide feedback on sales performance to senior management.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and quotations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant sales management experience, preferably in the pipe industry.

Skills:

• Strong technical and product knowledge.
• Good decision-making ability and effective communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Position Details
• Role: Sales Manager – Excavator & Earth Moving Machines
• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the earth moving machinery sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish achievable sales goals and objectives.
• Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction, infrastructure, and heavy equipment sectors.
  • Understand client needs and recommend machinery solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the value of our equipment.
• Sales Execution
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close deals effectively.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and agreement terms for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background in mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment or earth moving machinery within the construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks, and related machinery.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
