About the Role

Dar Yousef Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Broker for Individuals to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to embark on a career in comprehensive real estate brokerage, encompassing both field and office-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive real estate brokerage activities for individual clients.
• Engage in both field and office-based work to support brokerage operations.
• Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with property owners and agents to source real estate offers for sale and rent.
• Manage the contracting of real estate offers and ensure their effective display on relevant platforms.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients throughout the sales and rental process.
• Successfully close real estate deals.
• Develop and implement strategic targeting plans to identify and secure luxury properties and commercial buildings.
• Commit to achieving established monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a preference for recent graduates.
• Demonstrated strong sales skills or a keen desire to develop in sales, including client needs assessment, product presentation, follow-up, and deal closure.
• Full-time availability and commitment to the role.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a private vehicle.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Work Environment and Schedule

This role involves a blend of field and office-based work. The daily working hours are 7 hours, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The work week consists of 5 days, with specific days off being variable.

Compensation

The compensation for this position includes a base salary of 4000 Saudi Riyals, in addition to a commission structure based on sales performance.
