About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a PL Territory Lead West to manage logistics operations in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring efficient third-party logistics (3PL) performance and strategic operational excellence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities: 3PL Management

• Acquire new 3PL companies to meet business demands.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and overall performance.
• Provide operational support to 3PL companies, addressing issues and obstacles.
• Manage 3PL invoices and payment releases.
• Drive efficient operations and service excellence, balancing supply and demand.
• Analyze future needs to proactively activate requirements.
• Optimize the Service Level Agreement (SLA) process for 3PL company requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics services across the fleet.

Strategic Oversight and Stakeholder Engagement

• Ensure stakeholder readiness for changes through training, workshops, customer and supplier communications, and necessary support.
• Prepare involved divisions for changes to maintain morale and minimize cultural impact.
• Review change issues and recommend initiatives to foster a vibrant work environment.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
• Act as a representative with local and international concerned stakeholders.

Operational Governance and Project Leadership

• Lead and guide project management teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects.
• Direct and control projects to ensure completion within defined parameters including cost, timelines, scope, and quality.
• Lead growth initiatives and projects, aligning corporate departments for seamless execution.
• Ensure documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor daily practices and ensure compliance with mandatory policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Team Leadership and Financial Management

• Participate in the division’s budgeting cycle and provide input.
• Ensure effective utilization of the department’s budget and report on progress and challenges.
• Participate in identifying and recruiting key talents for respective departments.
• Manage, guide, and assist direct reports in performing functional operations.
• Set performance objectives, provide support, evaluate team performance, and offer regular feedback.
• Promote a high-performance working environment and uphold organizational values.

Required Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 3-4 years of relevant professional experience. This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
