About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Allocator to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the optimal distribution of inventory and maintaining product availability across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels. The Allocator will focus on inventory planning, replenishment, and monitoring key performance indicators to support smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute initial allocation strategies for seasonal products across stores, aligning with assortment and demand plans.
• Build and maintain inventory and replenishment plans, considering store space, delivery frequency, and stock requirements.
• Execute allocation strategies by adapting stock parameters, safety stock, and days of coverage to optimize inventory levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Manage inventory push initiatives in line with sales and clearance strategies, including markdown and promotional activities.
• Track and initiate inventory balance between stores, MFC (Digital), and the hub to manage In-Stock Availability (ISA) across all networks.
• Optimize store-to-store stock transfers to balance inventory levels across the network and meet dynamic demand and ISA.
• Collaborate with retail teams to coordinate upcoming delivery volumes and ensure operational readiness at the store level.
• Conduct regular store visits with the team.

Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze planning KPIs, including In-Stock Availability (ISA), Days of Inventory (DOI), and On-Time In-Full (OTIF), to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Monitor and analyze store-to-store transfers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in inventory allocation, supply chain management, or a similar field. A strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment processes, and KPI monitoring is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams, including retail and supply chain departments, and requires regular store visits.
