The Role of Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join its team in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. This role involves managing communications and supporting departmental operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Attending to and answering incoming telephone and radio calls.
• Communicating effectively with respective departments to relay messages and information.
• Maintaining an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Informing the Shift Manager of all issues relevant to the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
