About the Role

Cyber سايبر is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational experience, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity programs within complex environments, ensuring robust security posture and compliance with relevant standards.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Manager will operate at both strategic and deep technical levels, leading security teams and collaborating with executive leadership, clients, and stakeholders. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing cybersecurity defenses in line with local and international standards, contributing to the overall security framework of the organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity operations, including SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve information security frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee risk assessments, penetration testing, and security assessments, ensuring timely remediation.
• Manage and respond to cyber incidents, leading investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA, and PCI-DSS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align cybersecurity strategies with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage security tools and technologies including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, and IAM.
• Prepare executive-level security reports, dashboards, and risk summaries.
• Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on operational experience in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cybersecurity programs.
• Experience with regulatory and industry standards (*, NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA, PCI-DSS).
