About the Role

Robusta Studio is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead a high-impact client engagement in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This contract role, with an anticipated duration of 10-12 months, requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience. The Engagement Manager will serve as the primary client contact, overseeing day-to-day project delivery and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams to achieve successful outcomes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and own the day-to-day project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate delivery across three parallel workstreams, including third-party partner-managed streams and a core software delivery workstream.
• Develop and manage the overall project delivery plan, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Facilitate governance meetings, project status updates, and executive progress reporting.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations, delivery teams, partner outputs, and project objectives.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with software delivery teams and third-party vendors is highly preferred.

Essential Skills

• Strong project planning, coordination, governance, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Contract and Location

This is a contract position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with an anticipated duration of 10-12 months. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
