Enterprise Architecture Manager

About the Role

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves managing and monitoring end-to-end solution development, including architectural blueprints, to enhance organizational systems. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the implementation of architectural blueprints, ensuring compliance with architectural standards across various technology domains to support product teams in launching solutions and services reliably.
• Compile, deliver, and promote end-to-end architectural blueprints and roadmaps, applying expertise in multiple related disciplines to guide the evolution of infrastructure, products, and services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Architects in each domain through constructive criticism and assessment of initiatives to guide technology strategy and influence decision-makers.
• Guide delivery leads and solution delivery partners in creating overall solution architecture and provide support during solution development until deployment, ensuring outcomes align with business expectations.
• Manage infrastructure teams to integrate infrastructure with the overall architecture and identify when technical architecture modifications are necessary to accommodate infrastructural needs.
• Provide architecture governance throughout the project delivery lifecycle, including the pre-initiation phase, ensuring architectural deliverables are complete and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with business development and key business stakeholders to develop solution proposals and architecture options for review and recommendation.

Capability Development

• Monitor team members on best practices within the area of expertise and communicate enterprise-wide issues to the team internally and externally to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Define technical specifications for RFIs and RFPs for technology and application developers, and moderate the technical evaluation of proposals to identify and engage suitable organizations for SNB's system enhancement.

Reporting and Team Leadership

• Review and approve statements and reports, ensuring accurate and timely publication to meet operational and business requirements, policies, and standards.
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of team members to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to operating procedures and policies.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
