About the Role

Tractebel is seeking a qualified Facility Engineer to join its team in the Makkah region. This full-time position is critical for overseeing the construction management of significant public infrastructure projects across Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Facility Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of construction activities for various public sector developments. This involves ensuring projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards, from initial planning through to successful completion. The role demands a proactive approach to project oversight and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction processes for public buildings, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Oversee the development and construction of public parks and recreational areas.
• Supervise the building of stadiums and other large-scale public venues.
• Direct construction efforts for monuments and significant public structures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control protocols throughout all project phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing the construction of public buildings.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing diverse construction projects, including parks, stadiums, and monuments.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from planning to delivery.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position primarily based in the Makkah region, with project responsibilities spanning across Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires regular on-site presence to effectively manage and supervise construction activities.
