About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing daily banquet operations and ensuring memorable guest experiences within the Food and Beverage outlets. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with guests in a friendly manner and proactively enhance their experience.
Plan, organize, and execute various events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
Ensure proper breakdown of function rooms and correct storage of equipment for subsequent events.
Manage the Food and Beverage team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience
