About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations and ensuring memorable guest experiences. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a positive and friendly manner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute various events within Food and Beverage outlets, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Supervise the setup of function rooms, ensuring all elements such as linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Oversee the breakdown of function rooms, ensuring proper storage of all equipment for subsequent events.
• Manage the Food and Beverage team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain high standards for guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a Saudi National.
