GUCCI Client Advisor

About the Role

Luxury Goods Arabia Limited is seeking a GUCCI Client Advisor to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering a personalized client experience to achieve individual and store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by utilizing available data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
• Collect relevant customer information throughout the client journey for input into the CRM system.
• Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions for suitable products.
• Create an engaging client experience, providing high-quality service both in-store and remotely, adhering to hospitality guidelines.
• Proactively build strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued from their arrival.
• Engage with clients to understand purchase motivations through effective questioning and active listening.
• Select products that align with client needs and benefits, applying appropriate sales techniques for upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop a local and international client base, with a focus on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

Product and Customer Knowledge

• Engage clients through storytelling, leveraging knowledge of Gucci and its products.
• Maintain strong awareness of competitors (products, campaigns, trends, services) and local client demographics to offer optimal solutions.
• Enhance the client experience by providing insights into local lifestyle trends, including theater, arts, and travel.
• Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix and match products to best serve client needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-end luxury brand environment (goods or services).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of individual performance, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Genuine passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
• Advanced knowledge in Ready-to-Wear styling and wardrobe management.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends and holidays, as required.
