About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Makkah. This role focuses on creating a memorable and distinctive experience for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the guest's overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
Completing necessary reports and documentation.
Sharing highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Ensuring all transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

Creating and maintaining a safe work environment.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Protecting company assets.
Upholding established quality standards in all tasks.
Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves physical activity. Guest Experience Experts are expected to be on their feet and moving around, which includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these duties effectively is crucial for success in serving guests and supporting business operations.
