Homecare Nurse

About the Role

OSAS Medical is seeking a Homecare Nurse for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to established clinical protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to determine health status and care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Manage wound care, ensuring proper healing and infection prevention.
• Monitor vital signs and overall health status, reporting any significant changes.
• Coordinate care plans effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care strategies.
• Promote adherence to prescribed treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
• Report changes in patient conditions promptly to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Ensure all care delivery complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant nursing experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient care in a home setting.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position primarily serving patients in their homes within Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires independent work while maintaining close coordination with a broader healthcare team.

Location

The primary base for this role is Jeddah, with responsibilities extending to Makkah, within the Makkah region.
