About the Role

Uplift People Consulting is seeking a Local Store Marketing Executive to join a leading Food and Beverage QSR company. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving dine-in and takeaway growth through field-focused marketing initiatives across KSA markets.

Role Overview

This is an individual contributor role responsible for executing marketing strategies at the store level. The Local Store Marketing Executive will work closely with Area Managers and the Operations team, managing the budget for local store marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes strategic partnerships and ensuring brand consistency within individual stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to meet individual store requirements.
• Implement creative initiatives designed to enhance dine-in and takeaway sales performance.
• Manage the Local Store Marketing (LSM) budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to boost brand visibility.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure optimal ROI.
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent customer experience across all stores.
• Oversee the timely and cost-effective implementation of in-store marketing materials.
• Spend significant time in the field to understand store-level challenges and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Operations teams to implement marketing strategies effectively.
• Support marketing initiatives for new store launches to drive initial awareness and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Possession of an operational background combined with marketing exposure.
• Strong understanding of store-level dynamics and retail operations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position requiring significant field presence. The role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
