About the Role

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking an MES Senior Specialist to join its team in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and optimizing technical areas within systems that support car manufacturing, specifically the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Integrated Quality Inspection System (IQIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot MES/IQIS systems to ensure smooth operation across all manufacturing shops.
• Continuously monitor MES terminals, production data, web interfaces, servers, and network, identifying opportunities for improved monitoring methods.
• Regularly check systems, report malfunctions, and resolve non-standard issues, collaborating with external companies when necessary.
• Provide technical support and solutions by analyzing system processes, techniques, and problems within the MES environment.

System Development and Configuration

• Perform MES system configuration, including user management, user training, and equipment configuration for the MES network.
• Manage assigned MES projects, developing ideas for system improvement and creating detailed plans, procedures, and processes based on analysis and requirements.
• Provide functional support for the implementation of MES software solutions.

Collaboration and Administration

• Collaborate with all HMMME departments, IT vendors, service providers, and consulting companies for system optimization.
• Consult with key users of MES/IQIS systems and work with developers, the IT Team, and business users to provide comprehensive system support.
• Execute purchasing duties for necessary hardware, software, and services to complete tasks and projects.
• Advise and train assigned IT department members and users.
• Prepare regular reports and data as requested by company management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing, operating, supporting, or implementing Enterprise Systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, or similar business applications.
• Demonstrated experience in business requirements analysis and vendor management.
• Practical experience with technologies including **** (C#), CSS/HTML, .NET Framework (C#), .NET MAUI (C#), EPAS (PostgreSQL), or Tibero.
• Experience in System Administration.
