The Role of MMS Expert

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Management System (MMS) Expert to support an MMS Enhancement Project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the enhancement, implementation, and integration of the MMS to ensure alignment with project requirements, operational needs, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise MMS enhancement and implementation activities.
• Review contractor deliverables, designs, and technical submittals.
• Ensure MMS integration with railway systems such as ATS, SCADA, BMS, CCTV, and Signaling.
• Monitor compliance with project requirements, standards, and KSA regulations.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, operators, and project teams.
• Identify project risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify system performance, reliability, and maintainability objectives.
• Prepare progress reports, technical reviews, and supervision comments.
• Provide technical guidance on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Maintenance Management Systems (MMS).
• Experience in the enhancement, implementation, and integration of MMS.
• Familiarity with railway systems such as ATS, SCADA, BMS, CCTV, and Signaling.
• Knowledge of industry standards and KSA regulations.
