Esnad Contracting is seeking a Mechanical QC Supervisor to join its team for an infrastructure project located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the highest quality standards in mechanical installations.

Role Summary

The Mechanical QC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical quality control activities on site. This role ensures that all mechanical works adhere to approved drawings, project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical quality control activities for piping, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment installation.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate inspections with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors.
• Review and inspect incoming mechanical materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved submittals and project requirements.
• Monitor and witness mechanical testing activities, including hydrostatic testing, pressure testing, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), flushing, equipment alignment, and pre-commissioning.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective actions, and maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical quality control supervision, preferably within infrastructure projects. A strong understanding of mechanical systems and quality assurance processes is essential for this role.

This full-time position is based on an infrastructure project site in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with various project stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
