Esnad Contracting is seeking a qualified Mechanical QC Inspector to join its team on a full-time basis. This role is critical for a high-priority project within the Makkah region, covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The company is looking for a professional who can contribute immediately to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

The Role of Mechanical QC Inspector

The Mechanical QC Inspector will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality control for mechanical systems throughout various project stages. This position requires solid experience in the inspection and quality assurance of mechanical installations, with a specific focus on piping networks and HVAC systems. The inspector will be responsible for ensuring all works comply with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct material receiving inspections for wet utilities.
• Perform site inspections for installation works related to piping and HVAC/DCP systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant standards, and approved drawings.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities for both metallic and non-metallic piping systems.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure the proper implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate effectively with the QA/QC team, consultants, and contractors to uphold quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical inspection and quality control.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with metallic and non-metallic piping systems, HVAC/DCP networks, and mechanical testing and inspection procedures.

Skills and Attributes

• A strong understanding of quality standards and inspection processes.
• Ability to perform effectively and maintain quality under pressure in urgent project environments.

Work Environment and Commitment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with project sites in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a candidate who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to high-priority projects with a commitment to quality and timely delivery.
