Esnad Contracting is actively seeking a qualified Mechanical QC Inspector to join its dedicated team. This full-time role is crucial for an urgent, high-priority infrastructure project located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced professional to ensure the highest standards of quality control for mechanical systems within this critical project.

Role Overview

The Mechanical QC Inspector will be responsible for comprehensive quality assurance and control of mechanical installations, with a particular focus on piping networks and HVAC systems. This position involves rigorous inspection throughout various project phases, from material receipt to testing and commissioning, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in mechanical quality control to this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct material receiving inspections for wet utilities.
• Perform site inspections for installation works related to piping and HVAC/DCP systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant standards, and approved drawings.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities for both metallic and non-metallic piping systems.
• Identify non-conformities promptly and ensure that proper corrective actions are effectively implemented.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate closely with the QA/QC team, project consultants, and contractors to ensure all quality standards are consistently met.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in mechanical inspection and quality control roles.
• Demonstrated solid experience in the inspection and quality control of diverse mechanical systems, specifically including piping networks and HVAC systems.
• A strong understanding of established quality standards and effective inspection processes.
