About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are driven to learn and contribute to the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will operate within a culture that prioritizes development, wellbeing, and an inclusive approach, valuing contributions from all team members.

Key Responsibilities

Review updated records of sales targets and activities, and assess performance against established goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, through organized appointments and events.
Inform and persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe, dispense, or use Hikma products to achieve sales targets.
Increase awareness of Hikma products by continuously learning and sharing information with healthcare providers.
Obtain current information on healthcare professionals and institutions, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
Ensure proper product availability, territory coverage, and monitor competitor activity and products.
Follow up on and review Hikma products’ market performance based on client feedback and other indicators, anticipating new market opportunities.
Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reporting for supervisors/managers as requested, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
Ensure all activities comply with company rules and regulations.
