About the Project Coordinator Role

CoorB is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within our FinTech environment. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth operations.

The Project Coordinator will play a key part in tracking progress, managing essential documentation, and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and align with project objectives.
• Assist Project Managers in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project deliverables and milestones.
• Organize and facilitate various project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, accurately document meeting minutes, and diligently follow up on action items.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and all relevant project documentation.
• Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, potential risks, and inter-dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure the seamless execution of project activities.
• Support resource planning efforts and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in the tracking of change requests and various project governance activities.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, well-organized, and consistently up to date.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and overall team collaboration.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination or a similar support role, ideally within a technology or FinTech environment. A demonstrated ability to manage complex project documentation, track progress effectively, and facilitate clear communication across diverse teams is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of software development lifecycles and project management methodologies, enabling them to effectively support project managers and cross-functional teams.
