QHSE Manager

About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a QHSE Manager to oversee and manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves responsibilities across construction projects and company operations.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and project requirements. The role encompasses both office-based and on-site duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE policies and procedures.
• Oversee the management of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities.
• Monitor QHSE management systems to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and international standards.
• Verify compliance with specific project QHSE requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and assessments to maintain QHSE standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing QHSE policies and systems.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations, international standards, and best practices.

Work Environment

This role requires a presence in both office settings and on various construction project sites. The position is full-time, based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
