About the Role

Coforge is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in the Makkah region, covering both Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires a professional with specialized expertise in the Air Cargo domain, focusing on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Role Purpose

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, and serving as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. A deep understanding of air cargo processes is essential to effectively communicate needs and ensure successful project delivery within this specialized sector.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development efforts.
• Conduct requirement grooming sessions and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify needs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform defect analysis, and assist in release activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Air Cargo processes, including Export, Import, AWB, Cargo Handling, and Warehouse Operations.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Experience in Cargo Ground Handling is mandatory; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
