Senior Data Scientist Credit & Debit Card Marketing Analytics

About the Role

Hiresquad Resources is seeking a Senior Data Science Consultant specializing in Cards Marketing Analytics. This contract position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The consultant will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and portfolio growth within banking environments, working in a client-facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and portfolio growth, specifically within credit and debit card portfolios.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Utilize expertise in Marketing Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Customer Segmentation.
• Conduct Campaign & Portfolio Analytics and Customer Behavior Analytics.

Required Experience and Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Analytics Consulting.
• Strong banking domain expertise with hands-on experience in credit and debit card analytics.
• Proven expertise in Marketing Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Customer Segmentation, Campaign & Portfolio Analytics, and Customer Behavior Analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia, with a preference for candidates in Jeddah.
• Experience within the Saudi or GCC banking sector.
• Hands-on experience with card lifecycle analytics, including acquisition, activation, spend growth, engagement, retention, and attrition.
• Knowledge of A/B Testing, Uplift Modeling, Next Best Action (NBA), Offer Optimization, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Modeling.
• Experience with CRM, campaign management, marketing automation tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms.

This is a contract role based in Jeddah, Makkah, requiring direct engagement with clients and business stakeholders. The position involves working within a dynamic consulting environment focused on delivering advanced analytics solutions to the banking sector.
