We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Merchandiser to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of the Sr. Merchandiser is to maximize PepsiCo's on-shelf presence across all assigned outlets. This role is integral to the sales team, ensuring adherence to planograms for both on-shelf and off-shelf displays. Additionally, the merchandiser will support sales efforts by conducting in-store sampling sessions and promotions when required, and by providing the pre-seller with current market information to identify selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily journey plans by calling on specific OT outlets as directed by the supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within assigned OT stores across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place Point of Sale (POS) materials appropriately next to SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized in strict accordance with approved planograms.
• Implement the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method for product rotation and remove any sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on shelves consistently.
• Monitor and report on competitive activities observed in the market.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers or outlets.
• Submit daily activity reports for the prior day to the supervisor.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns as needed.
• Uphold a professional appearance and behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for the Sr. Merchandiser position should possess the following qualifications and skills:
