About the Role

K SH3 Establishment is seeking a Merchandiser to manage daily store visits and ensure optimal product presentation across supermarkets and hypermarkets in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working in the field to maintain product availability, visibility, and accurate pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned supermarkets and hypermarkets according to the daily route plan.
• Ensure product availability and On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
• Check Stock on Hand (SOH) and identify out-of-stock products.
• Maintain proper product placement, shelf arrangement, and planogram compliance.
• Verify product price tags, promotions, offers, and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor product expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Check competitor products, pricing, promotions, and shelf visibility.
• Take clear before-and-after photos of product displays and shelves.
• Report out-of-stock, pricing, damaged products, missing tags, and display issues.
• Coordinate with store staff and department managers to improve product visibility.
• Ensure sufficient stock is available on the sales floor and request replenishment when required.
• Maintain excellent relationships with store personnel.
• Complete daily store visit reports accurately and on time.
• Record store visit time, location, activities, issues, and corrective actions.
• Track daily travel distance/kilometers and submit required vehicle/meter records.
• Submit daily and weekly OSA, SOH, store visit, and merchandising reports.
• Follow the assigned route and complete all planned store visits.
• Support promotional activities, new product launches, and additional displays.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–5+ years of experience in merchandising, FMCG, retail, or supermarket operations.
• Experience with supermarkets/hypermarkets such as Tamimi, Al Jazeera, Panda, Carrefour, Lulu, or similar retail chains is an advantage.
• Good understanding of OSA, SOH, planograms, shelf execution, pricing, and promotions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and mobile reporting applications.
• Ability to use smartphones for photos, GPS/location, and daily reporting.
• Willingness to travel between multiple stores every day.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred/required depending on the assigned route.
• Transferable Iqama preferred for non-Saudi candidates.

Work Environment

This role operates primarily in the field, requiring daily travel to multiple supermarkets and hypermarkets within Riyadh. The position involves coordination with store personnel and adherence to daily route plans.
