About the Opportunity

DUBAI HOLDING is seeking a Steward to join the team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah. This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

Role Overview

The Steward will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen and stewarding areas, ensuring the proper care and use of equipment, and supporting the operational needs of the hospitality services provided by Jumeirah Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environment procedures, instructions, and controls.
• Ensure strict observance of high standards for personal hygiene and grooming.
• Perform general cleaning duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, following established performance standards and schedules.
• Ensure the safe, correct, and economical use of stewarding equipment, including dishwashing, glass washing, pot washing, floor cleaning and maintenance machines, and silver burnishing machines.
• Clean and wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils in accordance with established hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Count, sort, and prepare operating equipment and other kitchen utensils for banquet functions, ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are maintained to high standards with minimum breakage.
