About the Role

Management Solutions International (MSI) is recruiting 20 experienced Tire Production Operators / Technicians for a permanent, full-time opportunity. These roles are based with a leading tire manufacturing operation in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and require individuals with significant hands-on experience in tire manufacturing production.

Key Production Areas

Successful candidates will be assigned to specific production areas within the tire manufacturing process. Direct hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is mandatory:

• Tire Mixing / Banbury
• Semi-Finishing
• Tire Curing / Vulcanization
• Tire Finishing & Inspection
• Tire Building / VMI

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must demonstrate a strong background in tire manufacturing. The following requirements are essential:

• 7-10 years of direct hands-on experience as a Tire Production Operator, Tyre Production Operator, Machine Operator, or a similar role within tire/tyre manufacturing.
• Proven experience in relevant processes such as Mixing, Banbury operation, Rubber Mixing, Compounding, Calendering, Extrusion, Bead / Apex, Semi-Finishing, Curing, Vulcanization, Tire Building, VMI, Final Finish, or Tire Inspection.
• Willingness to work in a rotational production environment.
• A valid passport with a minimum of 12 months validity.

Experience solely in general automotive manufacturing, automobile assembly, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or other manufacturing industries without direct tire manufacturing experience will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The total monthly package for this position is SAR 3,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Work Conditions and Training

This is a permanent, full-time role with a work schedule of 6 days per week, consisting of 9-hour shifts. The target joining date for these positions is September 2026. Upon joining, successful candidates will undergo a 1-month training program in China.
