About the Role

Sudair Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. This full-time position is based at our facilities in Ushairat Sudair, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of pharmaceutical products.

Role Summary

The Production Operator will play a crucial part in the daily operations of the production line. This role involves executing various tasks essential to the manufacturing process, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining adherence to established quality and safety standards within the pharmaceutical production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring various production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
Performing routine checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous and efficient production flow.
Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the production shifts.
Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and targets.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required.
Previous experience specifically within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar regulated production setting is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and reliably within a shift-based operational schedule.
