About the Role

TASNEE is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join its team as an Operator II, Rasass Production. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and plays a crucial role in the company's manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient and safe production processes.

Role Purpose

The Operator II, Rasass Production is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes within the Rasass facility. This role involves continuous monitoring of operational parameters, performing routine checks, and ensuring strict adherence to established production standards and safety protocols to maintain optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Regularly check and record process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential malfunctions, leaks, or deviations from normal operation.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous and efficient production.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and other operational documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of equipment for maintenance and perform basic cleaning tasks as required.
• Report any operational issues, equipment failures, or safety concerns to the shift supervisor promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A high school diploma or a technical diploma in a relevant industrial or chemical processing field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of practical experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the petrochemical or heavy industrial sector.
• Demonstrated understanding of industrial safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Physical capability to perform duties in an industrial setting, which may include lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
