About Nestlé and the Operator Role

Nestlé is seeking a dedicated Operator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on performing essential machine tending and operational tasks within a dynamic production environment. The role is critical for maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Operator is to manage and oversee the operation of various machines on a production line. This involves a commitment to adhering to standard operating procedures, monitoring equipment performance, and actively contributing to a smooth and uninterrupted production flow. The Operator plays a direct role in the daily output and operational integrity of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against production orders to prevent delays or breakdowns.
• Execute testing procedures to ensure optimal machine performance throughout the production cycle.
• Learn and strictly follow the standard operation procedures established for the production line.
• Monitor line equipment and operational parameters, submitting fault reports promptly in the event of any abnormality.
• Participate in or lead shiftly operational reviews to discuss production achievements and address any issues encountered.
• Confirm the accuracy of the production date and batch number printed on product bottles.
• Conduct water quality treatment sampling and analysis using specified tools and equipment to ensure satisfactory treatment results.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Operator position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally involving machine operation and maintenance. A strong understanding of production processes and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential.
