About the Role

IBRAQ is seeking an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to join our team in Taif and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing operations and staff across a specific area or multiple locations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company goals and standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations or a specific area, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and controlling costs.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including safety and health regulations.

Team Leadership and Development

This role requires strong leadership to foster a high-performing team environment. The Area Sales Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Training staff on job duties and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure performance meets standards.
• Monitoring staff performance and conducting regular reviews, providing feedback and identifying areas for development.
• Overseeing employee work schedules and assisting with workforce planning.
• Participating in the interviewing and hiring process for new candidates.
• Promoting collaboration among team members and across departments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Area Sales Supervisor position should possess a solid background in sales and operational management.
