About the Role

ميزان القانونية is seeking a Saudi national to join as an Asset, Wealth & Facilities Manager in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on leading operations, enhancing performance, and maintaining the value and efficiency of assets within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operations related to asset, wealth, and facilities management.
Enhance the performance of managed assets.
Maintain the value and efficiency of all assets.
Oversee facilities management, including daily operations and maintenance.
Monitor and optimize asset performance.
Manage teams and coordinate effectively with service providers and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be a Saudi national.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Asset, Wealth, and Facilities Management.
Proven experience in asset management, including performance monitoring and optimization.
Experience in facilities management, operations, and maintenance.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required Skills

Strong leadership abilities.
Effective management skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage teams.
Strong coordination skills for engaging with service providers and stakeholders.

Work Environment
