About the Role

Abahsain Machinery & Equipment is seeking a Branch Accountant to manage the daily accounting operations for its branch in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing various financial activities, including cash management, customer accounts, VAT invoicing, and receivables follow-up, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and deposit cash from parts sales, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Manage petty cash and process reimbursements efficiently.
Apply customer payments correctly within the system.
Create and maintain customer accounts using Oracle.
Process VAT invoices for parts, service, and equipment sales.
Follow up on overdue payments and collect outstanding balances.
Prepare and share outstanding receivables reports with the sales team.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
Knowledge of VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing regulations.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within a professional environment focused on machinery and equipment. The role requires diligent financial management and collaboration with the sales team.
