About the Role

Snood Hotels Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture and drive business growth within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish the organizational culture and work environment, engaging employees in company affairs and enhancing their commitment and loyalty.
2. Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and overseeing employee planning, efficiency improvement, and training processes.
3. Guide and support managers in planning and implementing institutional change.
4. Monitor departmental performance and conduct regular operational evaluations.
5. Develop and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to support the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Saudi national.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality, Hajj, and Umrah sector, with relevant job tasks and activities.
