Call Center Agent

About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position designed to ensure prompt, efficient, and professional customer service for automotive products and services.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive information regarding the company's automotive offerings. The agent will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, focusing on automotive products, services, and company policies.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain current knowledge of all automotive products, ongoing promotions, and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously within the company's CRM system for record-keeping and analytical purposes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting customer service operations across both Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a structured call center environment focused on delivering high-quality customer interactions.
