About Infuse Advisory and Ayadi Catering

Infuse Advisory is seeking a Catering Supervisor for Ayadi, its premium catering brand. Ayadi focuses on delivering luxury guest experiences for various events. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah.

Role Overview

The Catering Supervisor will lead service teams to ensure the delivery of high-standard catering services at corporate, VIP, and private events. This role involves overseeing event setups, managing staff training, and coordinating with the kitchen to maintain service flow and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise service teams during corporate, VIP, and private events.
Plan and oversee event setups, including buffet layout, table arrangements, linen, cutlery, glassware, and décor, ensuring high standards.
Train staff on premium service standards, guest etiquette, grooming, and uniform presentation.
Ensure all team members are well-presented and fully briefed before each event.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service, proper presentation, and smooth service flow.
Handle client requests on-site with professionalism and discretion.
Conduct pre-event checklists and post-event reviews to maintain consistent service standards.
Manage equipment, inventory, and the careful handling of event assets.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in hospitality or catering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven background in luxury hotels, premium catering, or fine dining environments.
Strong experience in staff training, grooming standards, and service etiquette.
Demonstrated attention to detail in event setup and presentation.
Experience managing high-profile, VIP, or large-scale events.

Required Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during event days as required.
