About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy and execution across multiple segments and revenue streams. This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves driving top-line performance and market share growth for the hotels within the cluster.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams, including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa.
Collaborate with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and achieve profit and margin targets.
Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments.
Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand.
Monitor market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions.
Build relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value.
Drive engagement and retention within the team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a professional who can lead commercial strategy and execution effectively across diverse revenue streams within the hospitality sector.
