Role Summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Cluster F&B Marketing Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves setting and executing the media and marketing strategy for food and beverage outlets. The Manager will collaborate with Restaurant General Managers, the Cluster Director of Food and Beverage, Cluster Director of PR & Marcom, and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement the annual F&B strategic marketing plan. The primary objective is to increase awareness and visibility of the outlets and their offerings, thereby driving traffic and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute F&B marketing initiatives and develop the annual F&B marketing strategy and action plan.
• Preserve brand and concept integrity across all marketing processes.
• Design and implement programs and campaigns to increase F&B awareness.
• Lead F&B digital strategy, managing websites/landing pages and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee F&B online reputation by monitoring third-party review sites and social platforms.
• Manage restaurant databases, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and internal policies.
• Manage F&B social media channels, including strategy, content creation, daily management, and reporting.
• Curate engaging content, amplify key messages, and coordinate social media influencer visits.
• Develop partnership and co-branding opportunities to enhance brand visibility and footfall.
• Coordinate promotional and beverage menus with relevant teams.
• Project manage marketing collateral, including cost negotiation, production timelines, and approval processes.
• Coordinate F&B related photo and video shoots to ensure brand standard alignment.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral with graphic designers and agency partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Drive the evolution of F&B brands' visual identity and maintain brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Monitor F&B marketing performance metrics and stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, public relations, or related industries, preferably within hospitality.
• Solid understanding of the F&B marketplace, market trends, user behaviors, and leading marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of F&B commercial metrics and key success drivers.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to conceive, implement, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Proactive and inquisitive mindset with problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster connections with stakeholders, including chefs, outlet GMs, operations management, and agency partners.
• Experience planning and executing annual marketing and PR calendars.
• Proficiency in evaluating competitor activations and implementing market-driven changes.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Experience planning and managing commercial and social media photo and video shoots.
• Knowledge of creative, photography, and videography composition and structure with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Media relations experience, capable of acting as a brand ambassador with key media and opinion leaders.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
