Role Overview

The Cluster Manager – Revenue Optimization is responsible for implementing and monitoring revenue strategies across multiple properties within the cluster to optimize profitability and market share. This full-time role, based in Makkah (Jeddah, Makkah), involves overseeing pricing, inventory control, distribution channels, and demand forecasting, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cluster-wide revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue, ancillary revenue, and overall profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory strategies dynamically.
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process for rooms revenue and related KPIs.
• Oversee all distribution channels (direct, OTA, GDS, *** to ensure optimal mix and cost efficiency.
• Ensure rate parity and compliance across all platforms.
• Implement strategies to drive direct bookings and reduce dependency on high-cost channels.
• Analyze performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Market Share) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Produce performance dashboards summarizing key revenue drivers and distribution insights for leadership review.
• Assist in system updates and ensure pricing integrity across PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms.
• Prepare monthly revenue performance reports.
• Utilize RMS, PMS, and BI tools to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to align strategies and achieve common goals.
• Support training initiatives to enhance revenue management capabilities across the cluster.
• Support reservations department leadership.
• Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of revenue management systems and distribution platforms.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
