Taibah Gifts is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead its digital operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires deep expertise in ecommerce and a proven track record of driving growth. The ideal candidate will make a significant impact on performance and revenue.

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for leading, operating, and developing the online store comprehensively. This includes overseeing daily operations and long-term strategies, with a clear focus on sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate all aspects of the ecommerce store (products, orders, inventory, shipping).
• Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and commercial performance improvement.
• Analyze data and extract insights to support decision-making (Conversion, AOV, CAC, LTV).
• Optimize user experience, increase conversion rates, and reduce cart abandonment.
• Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage the work team and external partners (technicians, shipping companies, payment gateways).
• Monitor platform performance and ensure its stability and continuous development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce store management or digital commerce.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and strong performance indicators.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salla, Zid, Shopify, and Magento.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns and optimizing Return on Investment (ROI).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
