Mujahid Page is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for driving financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth within a manufacturing company environment.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing all financial operations and contributing to strategic decision-making. This position requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, ready to manage and develop the finance function effectively within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports to provide actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee and manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA is highly preferred.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and the use of ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with a proven track record of team development.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with various stakeholders.
