About the Finance Manager Role

UR SUPPORT is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position is for a finance professional with a strong track record in financial leadership, specifically within the manpower solutions and workforce outsourcing industry in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with excellent technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Saudi regulatory and taxation environment.

Core Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing complete financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Ensuring compliance with ZATCA regulations, including VAT and Zakat.
Handling corporate income tax, especially for foreign-owned and mixed-ownership companies.
Preparing management reports, financial reports, budgets, cash flow reports, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for the overall business and individual business units.
Managing finance operations across multiple departments and business units.
Establishing financial controls, implementing reporting frameworks, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within the ERP system.
Driving financial performance while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Required Expertise and Leadership Skills

Candidates for this role must demonstrate strong expertise and leadership in the following areas:

Strong knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
Ability to build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented professional approach.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following essential criteria:

5-10 years of experience in a finance leadership role.
Previous experience in KSA manpower solutions or workforce outsourcing companies specializing in overseas recruitment and workforce deployment (not a recruitment agency or a company employing its own workforce).
Mandatory hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
