About the Role

Alpha Leadership Co. is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to lead its financial and accounting operations. This full-time position is based in either Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah Region, and requires 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance management. The role is central to ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and robust financial controls across the organization.

Strategic Financial Leadership

The Finance Manager will be instrumental in supporting sound financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position plays a key role in strategic decision-making and is responsible for driving continuous improvement within the finance function. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity and transparency of all financial records and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, financial analyses, and statutory reporting in compliance with applicable standards.
• Support the development and execution of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial planning, while monitoring organizational financial performance.
• Analyze financial results, budget utilization, operational expenditures, cash flow, and variances, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank reconciliations, payment scheduling, and working capital optimization.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, supplier payments, and customer receivables to maintain financial discipline.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost analyses, and evaluations to support operational initiatives and investment decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Development, Contracts, and Legal teams to ensure financial alignment and cost control.

Financial Governance and Compliance

• Establish, implement, and monitor financial controls, accounting policies, approval workflows, and governance procedures to mitigate financial risk.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation, zakat requirements, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
• Identify financial risks, reporting discrepancies, and control gaps, implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
• Drive ERP optimization, financial systems enhancements, reporting automation, and finance process improvement initiatives.
• Develop financial dashboards, KPI reports, reconciliations, and management reporting tools to improve business visibility.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support succession planning, capability development, and performance management across the finance function.
• Promote a culture of financial integrity, governance, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile
